Injuries:
Road Rash: All to the left side of the body and partially left side of face
Bruises: Left side of Face, Left and Right Shoulders, Left Ribs, Left Hip, Left Thigh
Rehabilitation for the past 8 weeks:
Tissue and Joint mobilization to shoulder and hip.

Bench Press: 5x70 lbs. 90 second rest
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 5x90 lbs. 90 second rest
Push Ups: 3x10 BW 90 second rest
Assessment: I need to work on my form for Bent Over Barbell Rows and reduce "butt wink" for my Squats. Left Hip hurts and difficult to perform movements.
